Honestly, I thought I wasn’t getting better at yoga! I was SOOOO WRONG! I kicked ASS today! Clearly my soaked shirt and my calories burned shows that! Anything that can sweat on my body definitely did! Seriously, everyone should try yoga! It takes you to a place of relaxation and you get to just focus on YOU!!!
