So all the time on here included me stretching, talking, warming up, working out, cooling down, soaking feet pool, sitting in sauna before and after work out and everything else. PEOPLE. You ever thought about the power people can have over you. And how you as a person can motivate others and influence them? Well today at the gym, I noticed a few people laughing at me because of my weight usage (low weights).
I did a few reps then walked away to do other stuff. But it made me think, “this is why people get discouraged”… But I took a moment and reminded my self that I’m here for me, I’m here for MY HEALTH, this is an obstacle, and despite the slack I got one can’t allow this type of negative feedback be the cause of my down fall…
Also today I invited my friend whom I’ve known for years to work out with me. She focused on arms and I on legs (hence the pose) and I was reminded that I’m setting some kind of example. So then my focus was redirected from negative to positive.
